WaterValle provides an accessible environment to research water filtration, softening, and quality. On this page, we outline what information we gather when you visit, how it’s utilized by us, and your rights with regard to how and where this data may be shared with us.

01. We Collect Information Directly From You

Submit contact forms containing name, email, and message fields, and submit as one form submission. If opting in for updates or resource opt-in, your email is collected automatically as you browse. IP, browser type, and device information for you is collected along with page visits, duration, and referring/exit pages as part of our data gathering efforts on our website.

In terms of how it’s being collected, Forms can also be filled out online on this platform to assist with data collection efforts. Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 3), e.g., Google Analytics, etc., will utilise such cookies/tracking technologies (see below).
